BEASTFIT PM SESSION
1 Hour of Functional fitness. 30 minutes of Strength and Conditioning followed by 30 minutes of Boxing fitness.
Suitable for all fitness levels, a great way to do your strength training and also learn the Beast boxing format.
The engine room class is a 45 minute Cardio and Strength session guaranteed to get you sweating up a storm.
Using our state of the art cardio and weight equipment you will be tested to your limits by our fantastic trainers.

MUAY THAI/ MUAY THAI NOVICE
Muay Thai is a combat sport of Thailand that uses stand-up striking along with various clinching techniques.
This discipline is known as the “art of eight limbs” as it is characterized by the combined use of fists, elbows, knees, and shins.
Our Muay Thai classes are fun, teach technique, are a great work out and help improve discipline and confidence.
Our Novice class is perfect for beginners up to intermediate.
Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is the art is a martial art based on grappling and ground fighting.
Focusing on the skill of controlling one’s opponent through techniques that force him or her to submit.
It prides itself in being known as the “gentle art”, allowing a smaller, weaker person to use leverage and submissions (chokes, locks) to defend himself against a bigger opponent. Its fantastic for self defense, anyone can practice it and whilst learning valuable techniques, its also a great work out.
A boxing class with a focus on learning correct technique, defense, skills and drills.
Although this class is called boxing basics -from complete beginner to advanced all levels are welcomed to attend, no matter what level your at this class will benefit you.
You will go through valuable skills and drills that will enhance your boxing technique, to have you jabbing, slipping, rolling and uppercutting better in no time.
Martial Arts uses your memory, helps with respect and discipline, improves self confidence and gives your child the ability to defend themselves if required.
Our Kids class are for kids age 4 to 12, We cover the basics of boxing and of Muay Thai.
We have multiple trainers for each class ensuring all our students get the attention they need.
A kids class for the young guns who want to take there Muay Thai to that next level.
Your kids might not be into footy or netball, Muay Thai is a great alternative.
Clippers class is aimed to build the warriors of the future.
LADIES KICK BOXING
A fun kickboxing class with a fitness element for the ladies to get moving and learning basic self defence.

What to bring?
A water bottle, a towel and a positive attitude.
What to wear?
What ever you feel comfortable working out in- active wear, tracksuit pants.
There is a no shoes on mats policy, we train barefoot.
No work pants or work clothes allowed.
No work boots allowed in the gym.
Do I need my own boxing gloves?
No you dont, we have gloves here you can use although we do advise that if you are going to be regularly joining our sessions you purchase your own gloves.
Do I need to book?
No bookings are required. Just arrive and train.
Do I need to be fit?
All fitness levels and skill levels are welcome.
